He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Eugene Shepherd and Helen Lavender. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey (Emily), Anita Williams (Mark), Tracey Wilder (John), Christopher and Chad (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Emily (David), Zachery, Alexis (Isaac), Cara, Mikayla, Gabrielle, Brianna, Karissa, Sydney, Jace, Shelby, Titus, Eliana, Jackson, Tessa and Isabella; and his siblings, Liz Carter (Gordon) and Bob Shepherd (Becky).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Christian Fellowship Church (6711 Pilliod Rd, Holland, OH 43528).
