He was predeceased by: his parents, Donna L. Stone and Jack Stone. He is survived by: his wife Ericka Fortner; his child Kiley; his mother-in-law Karen Fortner; his siblings, Roxanne Stone-Warr (late Charlie Warr), Lori Eckel (late Charlie Eckel), Jodey MacQueen (Jeff) and John Stone (Jodie); his stepbrother David Manley (Diana); and his nieces and nephews, Anisa, Julianne Warr and Evelyn.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The Kidney Foundation of Northwest Ohio, or The Springfield High School JROTC Program.
