He is survived by: his parents, Richard Czerniejewski and Marilyn Czerniejewski; his significant other Jennifer Czerniejewski (Osstifin); his sisters, Andrea Areddy (Peter) and Megan Thomas (Jason); his brother-in-law Jason Osstifin (Cammie); his nieces and nephews, Anna, Kari, Lilli Areddy, Ainsley, Rowan, Wyatt Thomas, Arielle, Wynter and Caden Osstifin; and his mother-in-law Linda Osstifin.
