It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred L. Williamson of Holland, Ohio, born in Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on November 8, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though Mildred may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Jackson and Pearl Alberta Jackson (Dempster); and her siblings, Harley Jackson, Edna (Joe Mitchell), Margaret (Richard Williamson) and Cora Lee (Gary McAfee).
She is survived by: her children, Sondra Wooten (Kenneth) of Zanesville, Shelia Saunders (Larry) of Toledo and Viktoria Holloway of Orange County, CA. She is also survived by three grandsons; eight great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephew.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Combs & Nestor Funeral Home (935 Forest Ave, Zanesville, OH 43701). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
