He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Kujawa and Jane Kujawa; and his son Kevin John Kujawa. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine "Gerry" (Tesznar); his children, Keith Kujawa (Suzanne) and Denise Luna (Jon); his grandchildren, Samantha and Nicholas; his brother-in-law Michael Tesznar; and his pet Charlie. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
