She was predeceased by: her brother-in-law Todd Patchin. She is survived by: her husband Paul; her daughter Brittany (Robert); her grandchildren, Amaya, Angelina and Deanna; her siblings, Anthony, Lynn and Michelle; her nephews, Nathan and James; her niece Jaylyn; her mother-in-law Carol (Verne); and her siblings-in-law, Robert (Carolyn) and Melissa (Jeff). She is also survived by friend and fellow nurse Adrianne; and numerous other family and friends.

Burial will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.Donations can be made in honor of Mary to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or The Cancer Treatment Centers of America.
