Randall (Holland, Ohio), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on September 22, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Thomas and Marie Thomas; her husband Charles; her children, Keith, Wayne and Kimberly Smith; and her siblings, Phyllis Smith, Ethel Sellers, Harold and Carl Thomas. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
