He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Manley and Beverly Manley (Oates); his grandparents, Karl and Adelyn Manley; and his uncle Jerry Manley.
He is survived by: his significant other Vicki; his children, Justin Manley (Seirra) and Jessica Manley (Andrew Wick); his granddaughter Adelyn; and his siblings, Todd Manley and Robin Netter (Tony). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
