He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Matchick and Anna Matchick; his parents-in-law, Melvin and Mae Lang; his sister Mary Ann Kmetz; his wife Linda; his children, Brian, Heather Sutphin (Jim) and Amanda O'Hearn (James); his sister Anna Mae Balas (Jerome); his grandchildren, James (Rosa), Nichole (Sidney II), Brandon, Caleb, Jared, Luke and Gabriel; his great grandchildren, Colt, Cavan, Archer and Sidney III; and his friends, Alan Seeger and Mike Tyree. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; his baseball family.
To honor Tom's memory, in lieu of donations the family has asked that you "pay it forward.".
