He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Spratt and Betty Spratt; and his siblings, Jim, Eddie, Tom Spratt and Judy Gross.
He is survived by: his wife Desiree Spratt; his children, Jenelle Clark (Scottie), Tom Spratt (Sara) and Nicole Hill (Matt); his grandchildren, Taylor, Hannah, Ashlynn, Nikkolas, Eban, Amanda, Michael, Jaxson and Adalynn; his sisters, Debbie Bialecki (Douglas) and Sue VonSeggern (Jerry); and his pets, Luke and Cocoa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
