He is survived by: his stepsons, Jeremy and Aaron Brown; his siblings, Michael Carter (Dawn), Lorie Lewis (Daniel), Keith Carter, Robert Carter (Lindsay Webb) and Michelle Moores (Don Howard); his friend Marcia Holmes (Chris Felix); and his nieces and nephews, Michael (Abby), Brian (Amanda), Tiffany (Brandyn), Stephanie (Seth), Cristen (Anthony), Anna (Zach), Zachary, Jessica, Candice (Rob), Courtney (Jeff), Ashley, Scott, Amy (Jason), Mindy, Nathan (Caitlyn), Brittany, Addison, Frank, Owen, Dylan and Logan. He is also survived by 15 great nieces and nephews.
