He was predeceased by: his parents, William Crawford and Eileen Crawford; and his sister Lyn Crawford. He is survived by: his wife Daisey; his children, Dennis Crawford of Toledo, Hillman Crawford, Jr. of Sylvania and Starla Hartlerode (Steve) of Holland; his grandchildren, Autumn (Forrest), Brittany, Sandra and Courtnee; and his siblings, Bill, Mike, Theresa and Chris.
