He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Sr and Burndena Jewett, Sr. (Watts). He is survived by: his wife Mary Jewett; his children, Melissa Westmeyer (Jeff) and Megan Jewett (Ben Ritterspach); and his grandchildren, Nick, Joe and Grace Ritterspach.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, American Cancer Society, Toledo Area Humane Society or to a charity of the donor's choice.
