She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Burns and Dolores Burns (Kaczmarek); her sister Eileen Kearney; and her siblings-in-law, Beth Ann Burns and Alan Klepacz.

She is survived by: her children, Matthew Waggoner (Erin), Abigail Mayhugh (Mike) and Katherine Waggoner (Kyle Kaltenbach); her grandchildren, Kieran Waggoner, Mackenzi Mayhugh, Aislyn Waggoner, Jaden Mayhugh, Dale Short and Harley Mayhugh; her siblings, Patrick Burns (PJ), Julie Hladio (Mike) and Kathy Klepacz (Peter); and her goddaughter Nicole Hladio. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and acquired children.
