It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis Eugene Pryba (Holland, Ohio), born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on January 3, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmond Pryba and Ann Pryba (Borie); and his nephew David Eckhardt. He is survived by: his son Dennis Pryba Jr; his siblings, Karl Pryba of Holland and Barbara Eckhardt (Richard) of Lambertville; his nephew Steve Pryba of Holland; and his nieces, Elizabeth Terwilliger (Jeremy) of Whitehouse, Susan Haberknap (Kevin) of Lambertville and Anne Eckhardt of Toledo.

“I am very sorry, for the family's loss of Dennis. You should know that he didn't die alone. I saw his accident happen right in front of me, and stopped to help him. He was alive for several minutes after the crash. He unfortunately stopped breathing before medical personnel arrived. I gave him CPR, but it unfortunately didn't work. But he didn't pass on alone, and without others trying to save him. You should know that good people who cared tried our best to save him, and were with him at the end.”
