We are sad to announce that on October 18, 2021, at the age of 49, Dawn M. Haack of Holland, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Joyce Cassidy and Michael Cassidy; her daughters, Carrisa Nicole (Robbie) and Aubree Marie Haack; her husband Dennis E. Haack; her daughter McKenzie Haack; her grandchildren, Caison and Addison Shiekh; and her brothers, Jeffrey Richardson (Angela) and Justin Cassidy (Melissa). She is also survived by aunts & uncles; nieces & nephews; cousins, and all of the many special friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Dawn Haack Memorial Fund in her memory in care of the family.
