He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Chadwick and Violet Chadwick (Losie); and his brothers, Alvin, Dan and Larry Chadwick.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Chadwick (Green); his daughter Lori Chadwick Kikolski (Steve); his grandchildren, Austin Kikolski and Jordan Kikolski; and his sister Mary Lou Beebe. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Heritage Church of God (3520 Strayer Rd, Maumee, OH 43537). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
