He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobart Bailey Jr. and Viola Bell Bailey (Cooley); his wife Mildred Lucille Bailey; his brother Clifford Bailey; his brother-in-law Jerry Jensen Sr.; his nephew Jerry "Jay" Jensen Jr.; and his nieces, Kim Smenner and Traci Burns.
He is survived by: his sisters, Rosemary Jensen of Napoleon and Linda Vernon (Bill) of Perrysburg; and his niece Gina Bailey of Holland.
