She is survived by: her children, Randy Vance (Mary), Julie Stout (Jim) of West Union, OH, David Burill (Megan) and Napoleon; her grandchildren, Frankie Medina, Jessica Burling, Kora and Peyton Burill; her great grandchildren, Mackenzye Syck, Alyson, Melissa Burling, Omri and Olive Medina; and her brother Neal Fenter of Columbus, GA..

Joann asked that contributions in her memory, be made to the Holgate United Methodist Church or the Henry County Senior Center.
