He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roland Leu and Elsa Waggoner (Fish); his son Neal Waggoner; his sisters, Kristen Heilman and Lynn Swary (Al); his wife Joyce Sloan; and his daughter Stephanie. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
