He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul J. Okuley and Elizabeth Okuley (Cunningham). He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Emma Wehri; his children, Lynette Behrman (Herbert), Diane Hoops (Daniel), David Okuley (Karen), Steven Okuley and Kelly Stant (Charles); his grandchildren, Kent Behrman (Tana), Michael Hoops (Lindsay), Morgan Hoops, Nicholas Okuley, Madeline Okuley, Lindsey Okuley, Garrett Okuley, Matthew Okuley and Alexis Stant; his great grandchildren, Audrey, Danielle and Grady Hoops; his stepgrandsons, Aaron Behrman and Kirk Behrman (Misty); and his siblings, Marvelle Niese, Jeannette Youngker (Michael), James Okuley (Marlene) and Ronald Okuley (Carol). He is also survived by 4 step great grandchildren.
