She is survived by: her siblings, Janean Guy, James A. (Kathy) of Lima, Joseph R. Guy (Jeri) of Lima and Jack E. Guy; her former husbands, John D. Lee and Jesse Sleigh; her significant other Mike Bertram; her children, Trevor, Angela of Napoleon, Wesley Tyler of Wauseon and Carrie Sonnenberg (Mark) of Napoleon; and also, Columbus, John David Lee, Desmond, Wesley (Maria), Andraya, Teagan, Tate Sleigh, Art, Adante, Warren, Kylie Yocco, Gage Dalton, Steve Leskow (Brooke) and Aaron Watts. She is also survived by aunts, and uncle, cousins, nieces, nephews.
