He was predeceased by: his parents, William Poulson and Elizabeth Poulson (Romes) of Holgate, Ohio.; and his brothers, Joseph, Daniel and Thomas.

He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann; his children, Mary Therese Whitlock, Sharon Marie Poulson, Barbara Ann Storms, James Francis Poulson and Teresa Ann Poulson; his grandchildren, Ashley, Ryan, Owen, Mackinnon, Susie, Meredith, Everett and Landon; and his great grandchildren, Max, Nora and Finn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, in-laws, cousins, and friends.
