It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Charles Wilhelm (Holgate, Ohio), born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on March 29, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Margaret J. Wilhelm (Sturgill); his children, Brandi Randall (Michael) of Uniontown, Kyle Wilhelm (Jennifer) of Norton, Shawn Wilhelm (Jessica) of North Canton and Seth Wilhelm (Nicole) of Dayton; his brothers, David Wilhelm (Janet), Michael Wilhelm (Brenda), Brian Wilhelm (Kathy) and Nathan Wilhelm (Denise Schutzberg); his brother-in-law Randy VanEtten; his parents, Charles Wilhelm and Glenna Wilhelm (Dewese); his former wife Suzette Michaelis Wilhelm; and his sister Ann VanEttan. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Calendar Zachrich Funeral Home (114 Williams St, Holgate, OH 43527). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contribution's can be made to the family, for them to decide where to send them at a later date.
