She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Leach and Edna Leach; and her siblings, Willie Wadsworth and Sylvia Boyd. She is survived by: her husband Gary; her son Eric; her brothers, Daniel Wadsworth, Richie Wadsworth and Tom Dussel; and her brother-in-law Jeff Lawless (Jodie). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

The family requests in lieu of flowers donations in Terri's name be sent to the Hiram Fire Department, 11617 Garfield Rd., Hiram, OH, 44234.
