Mary Theresa touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bodner and Adela Bodner (Gesner); her husband Ronald Howard Surgeon; and her brothers, Joseph Bodner, John Bodner and Thomas Bodner.
She is survived by: her sons, Ron (Charlotte) and John (Lisa); her grandchildren, Jonathan (Ana), Kristen Ramirez (Ryan), Shannon and Gabriel (Taylor); her great grandchildren, Leighton, Emmery, Rowan, Theodore, Scarlett, Carter, Julian, River and Rosie; and her sisters, Elizabeth Bodner-Cumisky and Cathy Bodner-Hollis.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (11045 St Joseph Blvd, Mantua, OH 44255). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 from 1:45 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery (10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, OH 44273).
