He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Buck" and Delores Jean Blazek (Burns). He is survived by: his wife Barb Blazek (Jones); his sons, Joshua Blazek (Melissa) of Mentor, Fred Blazek of Hiram and Andy Blazek (Carrie) of Kent; and his grandchildren, MacKenzie, Mason and Leah.
