With profound sadness, we say goodbye to FredaMay Jordan of Hiram, Ohio, born in Ashtabula, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. FredaMay left this world on October 5, 2024 at the age of 89, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Artman and John Kalinowski; her husband Homer Jordan; her children, KathyJo Ann Stroede, Steven Joseph Jordan and Bonnie Kay McKenzie; and her siblings, Bernice, Arthur, Robert, Clarence, Dolores, Doris, Beverly, Bernard Jr. and Jack Lee.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Garlich (David) and Pamela Malensek (Phillip); her son-in-law Curtis Stroede (Heather); her grandchildren, Chris Garlich (Kim), Chauntel Garlich, Jason Stroede, Amanda Nolin (Jared), Ken Stroede (KellyJo), Matthew Malensek (Malisa), Aretta Vanderpool (Gene), Meredith Severt (Sam) and Luke Malensek (Kalah); and her siblings-in-law, Ellen Weir (Bob) and Leonard Holcomb (Dolores). She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-granddaughters.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggested a donation to the Alzheimer's Association or plant a rose bush in the spring.
