She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Cady and Louise Cady; and her husband Ronald Ciammaichella. She is survived by: her children, Dick Ciammaichella (Char), Leslie Ciammaichella, Lori McVay (Danny) and Mike Ciammaichella (Donna); her grandchildren, Alan (Ari), Doug (Kim), Joe (Deanna), Kelly, Dylan, Andy (Vivian) and Anthony (Taylor); her great grandchildren, Lincoln and Lucia; her sister Lynne Meyers (Ray); and her close friends, JoAnne Scheid, Bill and Joan Smith.
