She is survived by: her spouse Richard Horacek; her children, Daniel Horacek and Janet Sabo (late Steven); her grandchildren, Joseph DeFiore (Tricia), Jamie Medina (Tamar) and Tony DeFiore; her great grandchildren, Nathan DeFiore, Brody DeFiore, Maddox Medina and Madaline Medina; her sibling Patricia Garcia; and her children, Brecksville Road and Brecksville Ohio.
