He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Lillian. He is survived by: his wife Amy; his children, Mickie Getz (Matt), Chris Decker (Lynn) and David Decker (Melissa); his stepsons, Josh Romano (Lauren) and Nathan Romano (Mandy); his grandchildren, Marian, Marcus, Eric, Lauren, Austin, Zach, Isaac, Caleb and Amelia; and his siblings, Diane, Karen, Noreen, Jim, Kathy and Dan.
