He is survived by: his wife Irene M. Kosik; his children, Cheryl Hamer (late Joseph) and Kevin Kosik (Renee); his grandchildren, Allison, Ashley, Amanda and Logan; his great grandchild Remi; and his siblings, Edward Kosik (Judy), Victor Kosik (Dru) and Helen Catino (Bob).
