Muzyczka Sr., Rosemary and John Eyerman Sr.; his aunts and uncles, Tanya Muzyczka, Lisa Nelsen (Victor), John Eyerman Jr. (Kathy), Michael Eyerman (Jane), Timothy Eyerman (Pam), Christopher Eyerman (Gwen), Amy Eyerman and Lori Del Regno (Larry); and his cousins, Jason, Joseph, Anya Nelsen, Andrew Eyerman, Rosemary Motz (Gary), Mitchell, Braden Eyerman, Nick Schultz, Ryan, Adam, Jane Eyerman, Erica, Nate Eyerman, Nicholas and Grace Del Regno.
Max gave the gift of life to six recipients through organ donation.
