She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Case and Sadie Case (McKee); her husband Wilson, Sr.; her daughter Janet Forbis; and her sister Elaine Day.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Eric, Dr. Rhonda, Jackie, Jannie, Dan Jr., Melanie, Dr. Jeff, Russell, Cheryl, Cindy, Sadie and Marissa. She is also survived by 23 Great-Grandchildren and 8 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
The family suggests contributions be made to the LaVerne Pay Memorial Fund at Our Saviour Lutheran Church, 1605 Center Road, Hinckley, OH 44233.
