It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Kolar (Hinckley, Ohio), born in Independence, Ohio, who passed away on September 13, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Diana; and his parents, Yaro and Isabella (Diana). He is survived by: his children, Jerry (Linda), Richard (Pamela), Suzanne Illencik (Joe) and John (Kathy); his brother Dennis (Sarah); his grandchildren, Jason, Erik, Joe, Lauren, Rick, Audrey, Christian, Logan, Ryan and Kristin; his great grandchild Catalina; and his grandchildren, Olivia, Maddie, Quinn and Kira.
