She was predeceased by: her mother Thelma Hurley; her husband Michael; and her daughter Marcy. She is survived by: her son Monte Utlak (Kelly); her grandchildren, Samantha, Shannon and Savannah; and her great grandchildren, Belle, Saige and Khloe.
