He was predeceased by: his mother Leah Smith. He is survived by: his father Leonard Smith; his children, Heather, Nicole, Michelle, Chaz, Ethan, Evan and Owen; his grandchildren, Kaylee, Kinsey, Bobby and Wesley; and his sisters, Susan and Sandy.
