He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sister Elizabeth Murphy; his parents, Oliver Smouse and Lorena Smouse; his children, Barbara Matheney (Frank), James Smouse (Lauren), Karen Chwala (Michael), Sue Flanders (John), John Smouse, Joan Mahnic (James) and Debbie Mall (Curtis); and his sisters, Mary Griffin (Bob) and Enie King (Ed). He was also cherished by 25 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask donations be made to Hospice of Medina County, 5075 Windfall Rd, Medina, OH 44256 in memory of Howard Smouse.
