He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey E. Sr. Osborn and Elizabeth J. Osborn (Abram). He is survived by: his wife Penelope (Black); his sons, George (Barb) and Carl Hlavaty; his grandchildren, Tonya Kramer (Keith) and Christy Hlavaty; his great grandchildren, Samantha and Carsten Kramer; and his sister Katherine Osborn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Waite Funeral Home (3300 Center Rd, Brunswick, OH 44212).
