He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hudak and Mary Hudak; his wife Marilyn; and his brothers, Paul (Carol), John (Irene) and Bill Hudak.
He is survived by: his nephews, Paul Hudak (Paula), David Hudak (Cathy), Jeff, Matt and Jonathan Hudak; his niece Dr. Christine Hudak (Marianne); his great-nephew David Jr.; and his great-niece Liz Hudak.
