He is survived by: his wife Mary; his sons, Michael and Todd (Jane); his stepsons, Mitchell Holt (Lisa) and Anthony Holt (Miranda); his sister Roxanne Slaughter (Carson); and his nephew Rex Slaughter. He is also survived by four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
