He was predeceased by: his parents, Burgess Isaac and Julianne Holt; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his children, Burgess L. (Mary), Lynette and Todd (Linda); his grandchildren, Burgess M, Julianne, Max, Brianna Burke, Bryce, Evelyn and Drew; his sister Bonnie; his niece Bonnie Jean; and his nephew Richard.
