He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Tharp and Louise Tharp (Freshour); his wife Patricia Ann Tharp (Allen); and his granddaughter Tiffany Williams. He is survived by: his children, Tonya Williams (Dave) of Leesburg, OH and Rodney Tharp (Jenny) of Nokomis, FL; his girlfriend Bonnie Campbell; his grandchildren, Angel Washington (Bill), Cody Williams (Naomi), Tyler Williams, Aaliyah Williams and Dylan Tharp; and his sister Wanda Bond (Tom Koehler) of Westerville.
