William Ray Turner Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 20, 2023, at the age of 78, William Ray Turner of Hillsboro, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Turner and Rena Turner (Ballard); his former wife Judith Turner; his daughter Shawn Bishop; and his grandson Jacob Turner.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Turner; his son William "Dusty" Turner, Jr. (Kelly); his grandchildren, Dustin, Jessica (Tyler) and Amee Eckert (JorDan); his children, Kay Neugebauer, Richard Spaniard (Karen), Sheri Yonenaka (Bobby), Melissa Barbo (Josh) and Staci Kopp (Brandon); and his siblings, Reva Elliott, Roy Turner, Bert Turner and Joseph Turner. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
