He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Purdin (Mullenix); his children, John Fairley of Hillsboro, Stacy Jenkins (Rodney) of Lynchburg, Alicia Reed (Chris) of Georgia, April Purdin Pack (Josh) of Georgia, Taylor Freiburger of Maine and Tory Purdin of Wilmington; his grandchildren, Brianna Reeves, Hunter Reed, Scarlett Jenkins, Roderick Jenkins, Sebasten Jenkins and Rhozalyn Jenkins; his siblings, Menda Brewer of Greenfield, John Purdin (Lynn) of Idaho, Connie Pettiford of Greenfield and Tim Purdin (Anisa) of Greenfield; his niece Taylor Brewer; his nephew Gabriel Mitchell; his mother-in-law Patricia Mullenix of Hillsboro; and his siblings-in-law, Rachel Mullenix of Hillsboro, Ray Mullenix (Crystal) of Hillsboro and Ronnie Mullenix (Sandy) of Hillsboro. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
