He was predeceased by: his parents, John Floyd Byrd and Hazel Fern Byrd (Faulkner); his son Thomas "Tommy" Lee Byrd; and his siblings, Henrietta Lammers, Faye Plemmons and Jack Byrd.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Spivey Byrd; his daughter Lisa Moffitt (Robert) of Hillsboro; his grandchildren, Robbie Moffitt (TJ), Bethany O'Bryant (Trevor) and Isom Byrd; his great grandchildren, Bria McDonald and Parker O'Bryant; his siblings, Esther Main (John) of Delaware, Janie Smith of Miamisburg, Jim Byrd (June) of Campton and Ralph Byrd (Linda) of Dayton, Ohio; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Byrd, Mary Ellen Spivey and Howard Runk (Virginia). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Tommy's name to the Hospice of Fayette County, 222 Oakland Ave., Washington Court House, OH 43160.
