He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Larkins and Ruby Larkins (Rowe); his wife Betty Jean Larkins (McCoy); his son Roger D. Larkins; and his brother James W. Larkins.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Tina Larkins; his close friend Violet Karnes; and his nephew Richard E. Larkins (Jannie). He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
