He is survived by: his significant other Carolyn McCane Neal; his children, Sherman James Neal (Michelle) of Knoxville, TN, Sharon Jane Burbage (David) of Russellville, Cecil David Neal (Stacy) of Hillsboro and Robert Dale Neal (Angela) of Hillsboro; and his siblings, Jane Schwartz (Amos) of Blanchester, Ray Neal of North Dakota, Larry Neal of Washington, Ed Neal (Frances) of Danville, KY and Linda Conrad (Steve) of Hillsboro. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
