She was predeceased by: her parents, William L. Miller and Marjorie Miller (Croucher); her sister Janice Carty; and her son Kenneth Allen Owens. She is survived by: her children, Bobbie Foster (Ryan) of Hillsboro and Roger "Bo" Owens (Tina) of Wilmington; her granddaughters, Summer Foster, Melissa Owens (Ricky Carter) and Michelle Mason; her great grandchildren, Caleb Carter, Helaina Carter and Natalie Carter; her brothers, Kenneth Miller (Becky) of Tennessee and William E. Miller (Peggy) of Cynthiana; and her niece Kimberly Jo of Tennessee.
