Johnson (Traylor); his daughter Gladys Diane Frazier (Marty) of Manchester, Kentucky; his grandchildren, William Travis Johnson of London and Cassidy Frazier of Manchester, Kentucky; and his great grandchild Kale Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
